With the Micro 4/3 system, the sensor is half the size of 35mm film.
Any lens from a 35mm SLR camera will give the same result as a
lens of double its focal length when mounted onto the Micro 4/3 camera.

Notes:
If your lens does not have a manual aperture ring, you need to select the adaptor for G type lenses.
This adaptor incorporates an additional ring which enables you to vary the lens aperture setting anywhere between minimum and maximum - although not to any specific f stop.
