Return, refund and cancellation policy
All standard stock items are sold on a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE basis within a 30 day period. Items can be returned in this period for either refund or exchange as long as the items are returned in undamaged condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time. This policy EXCLUDES items that are being specially made for you under our manufacturing service. Please refer to the Special Order Policy
Delivery Policy
Unless stated otherwise, we aim to send items within TWO working days of receipt of a standard order. This may be longer if we need to order items specially for you. Special orders have their own lead times which are discussed at the time of quotation.

Standard 1st Class delivery
Once items using this service leave our premises they are in the possession of Royal Mail, non delivery or losses cannot be pursued until at least 10 days have elapsed at which time we can assist you with an enquiry with Royal Mail.
Special Delivery Service
This service will provide you with next day delivery but will require a signature on receipt, this service has a tracking number attached to it which will enable us to trace the item if for any reason it has not reached you.
If an order has failed to reach you due to an error at our end we will re despatch your order.

VAT policy
Prices shown include UK VAT. This is applicable throughout the UK and Europe. VAT registered customers in Europe are eligible for zero rating on submission of their VAT number, please contact us with your order rather than using the shopping cart, where VAT will be charged automatically. Other overseas customers will not be charged VAT.

Special Order Policy
Once we have accepted an order for special manufacture or purchase, we cannot accept cancellation of the order. We accept NO liability for loss or damage to any customer’s equipment whilst in our possession or in transit. All conversions to equipment are undertaken at the owners risk. ANY quotation given is valid for 60days only. No liability is accepted for any item correctly supplied against incorrect customer specification. Specially made/ ordered goods can only be returned for refund if they are faulty.
When sending items to us for examination and/or modification from overseas (including the UK channel islands), Please enclose a declaration stating that the goods are being exported on a temporary basis for examination and/or modification only and that you retain full ownership of the goods. Unless you do this, the goods will not be delivered to us unless we pay
